Milhões de esporos "ilegais" espalhados pela Holanda

A semana passada a Legalize!, juntamente com o apresentador de televisão Filemon e o escritor Hans Plomp, protestou contra uma proposta de proibição de 168 tipos de cogumelos psicoactivos. Juntos plantaram cogumelos nos jardins das personalidades holandesas Henk Westbroek (músico, locutor de rádio) e Theo Maassen (comediante, na foto), ofereceram cogumelos aos políticos no Binnenhof (nome do jardim do parlamento), em Haia, e usando grandes bisnagas espalharam milhões de esporos em relvados e parques. Depois lançaram as bisnagas ao céu num balão de ar quente (vê as imagens aqui ou aqui).

The article says 'proposed ban' - I thought it went past that to approved ban.

Can someone explain in detail what is and is not banned?

It is approved, but not official yet.
It will be official soon (this week).

I think this is a brilliant protest, that shows how useless this ban is. I completely agree with it and I like the creative ideas they came up with to show there (our!) disagreement!

Good action. if they forbid our mushrooms they loose the option of informing the custumors about the species that can be ingested and those that are really toxic, people find there own ways but some ways will create real dangerous and more deadly situations. I think every drug or herb or whatever should be legal because it's all a matter of taste, something that I find good for me may not be same for my neighbour. so all those politicians who are interupting our social, religious and private activeties should fuck off and get a life.
