Good news for psychoactive people

The Dutch government is willing to legalize soft drugs. That's good news!

Last Saturday Peter Paul Lampe, president of the high court in Maastricht, said the following in an interview with de Volkskrant: "The overcontrol on drugs brings harm to our criminal law system. We do not have enough time for other cases that also need to be judged. Some are heavy offends. So I would say, stop it, legalize [soft drugs]."

A few days later we could read in the same newspaper that there is only one political party in the Netherlands (the CDA) against legalizing soft drugs. Mainly because they are afraid that drug tourists will trash our capital. Well, if all you guys promise to keep a little quiet next time you are in Amsterdam, then we can have one big party all the time!
